Architect and build an AI agent platform that automates internal brokerage workflows, from prototypes through production deployment.
What you'll do
- Build and ship the AI agents platform and internal workflow automations.
- Develop agentic middleware, including prompt engineering and tool calls, using Ruby and Python.
- Optimize automations for performance, security, and reliability, and make key technical decisions.
