Founding engineer on Benchling’s AI & Data Engineering team, building and operating internal tools, integrations, and automation, including agentic systems where appropriate.
What you'll do
- Set the architecture and technical direction for internal tooling, integrations, workflow orchestration, and agentic systems.
- Build production systems, establish CI/CD and engineering practices, and own production support.
- Work with internal teams to scope automation needs, enable departmental builders, and deliver secure, enterprise-ready systems.
