About the job
Build Bespoke Labs’ technical recruiting function while personally sourcing and closing hires for its AI and RL-environments teams.
What you'll do
- Hire 10–15 technical people in year one, primarily RL-environments Engineers, Strategic Project Leads, and Research Engineers.
- Maintain a warm candidate pipeline to keep median time-to-fill on priority RL-environment engineering roles near 30 days and achieve a 75%+ offer-accept rate.
- Build and improve recruiting processes, including ATS pipeline conversions, scorecard-based interviews, sourcing playbooks, and hiring-manager intake and debrief cadence.
