What you'll do
- Match experts to projects and balance supply and demand; drive activation and expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, background verification, and access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Manage vendors and platforms, and build systems and automation to streamline fulfillment workflows.

Pay
$35,000 – $55,000 USD / year (base salary); 25% performance-based bonus + equity (additional compensation)
