About the job
Guides business clients through 401(k) plan onboarding and conversions, coordinating setup and payroll launch across internal teams and external providers.
What you'll do
- Manage client migrations from prior recordkeepers, tracking plan setup and conversion details to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with and guide clients through onboarding, including meetings and questions.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Payroll, and external retirement and payroll providers to launch plans.
