What you'll do
- Design and govern compensation structures, equity programs, incentive plans, and market benchmarking and pay-equity reviews.
- Lead payroll, benefits, HRIS, and people-data operations while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Partner with executive, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders on compensation strategy, budgeting, workforce planning, and scalable processes.
