Leads Betterment’s Analytics Engineering team, setting its strategy and managing the people and practices that deliver reliable, business-ready data products and pipelines.

- Set the team’s vision, roadmap, and priorities, aligning data investments with business outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop analytics engineers while building an inclusive, high-performing team.
- Guide data architecture and delivery practices, partnering across teams on models, pipelines, data quality, and operational reliability.
