Manage and lead civil engineering land and site development projects in Central Texas from planning and design through delivery, while overseeing clients, teams, schedules, budgets, and project growth.
What you'll do
- Manage land and/or site development projects and lead design for grading, drainage, utilities, paving, water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations; serve as a primary contact for clients and project partners.
- Mentor engineers and design staff, maintain client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
