Performs structural analysis and design for bridge and related infrastructure projects, supporting design teams and project documentation.
What you'll do
- Analyze and design railroad and highway bridges and other structural elements, including foundations, retaining walls, and reinforced, structural steel, and prestressed concrete.
- Prepare project plans, specifications, and estimates, and provide technical leadership and support to design teams.
- Occasionally travel to collect field data and perform assignments under the direction of a licensed engineer.
