Help Division 8 distributors adopt Bild AI by onboarding and training estimators, supporting their workflows, and improving customer retention.
What you'll do
- Manage a book of distributor accounts and lead weekly customer calls.
- Onboard and train estimators, including getting takeoffs into customer ERP systems or Excel; travel for in-person training and workflow discovery.
- Monitor account health, prevent churn, and relay customer requirements to engineers while developing scalable customer-success practices.
