Provides longitudinal, personalized preventive and precision-medicine care by interpreting members’ diagnostic data and developing actionable health plans, while helping shape clinical protocols and services.
What you'll do
- Deliver direct clinic and telemedicine care, synthesize multidisciplinary diagnostic findings into personalized plans, and communicate results to members.
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical protocols, case review, quality standards, care pathways, and service development.
- Maintain compliant EMR records and stay current with medical literature.
