Provides direct and telemedicine nursing care at Biograph’s San Mateo clinic and supports administrative and care-planning functions.
What you'll do
- Provide clinic-based patient care and pre-visit education and counseling via telemedicine.
- Coordinate with staff to integrate medical services into the membership program and support clinic planning.
- Build patient relationships, protect safety and privacy, and accurately document patient information.
