Provides senior independent risk oversight of private real estate and infrastructure portfolios, leading risk analysis and scenario work and communicating insights to support investment decisions and client risk objectives.
What you'll do
- Monitor portfolio concentrations, liquidity, leverage, refinancing risk, and downside scenarios; escalate issues and recommend actions.
- Lead scenario analysis and stress testing, and develop real-asset risk models, tools, and dashboards.
- Advise portfolio managers and senior stakeholders, contribute to governance forums, and mentor junior team members.
