Advise and support Aladdin clients as a technical and business partner, helping them adopt the platform, achieve strategic goals, and coordinate product feedback and cross-functional solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships, advise senior stakeholders, and connect Aladdin’s product vision to clients’ business initiatives.
- Assess client adoption and identify product opportunities, risks, and industry trends.
- Coordinate client feedback, strategic projects, and updates to internal product teams and senior leadership.
