Vice President, Contracting Innovation Lead-SMA Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead initiatives to streamline contracting workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational scale and stakeholder experience.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools, workflow automations, and productivity solutions for contract review, knowledge management, reporting, and self-service.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver solutions, track performance, and support documentation, governance, and adoption.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 6-10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, automation, technology implementation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes and related business workflows; hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM platforms, preferably DocuSign CLM, and workflow or low-code platforms such as Salesforce, Airtable, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, agents, or knowledge management solutions; experience in financial services or another regulated environment.

Pay

USD$150,000.00 - USD$205,000.00 (base salary)

AI focus

Deploys AI-enabled solutions, assistants, copilots, and automations for contracting operations, including contract review, knowledge management, reporting, self-service, and operational decision-making; also supports development and execution of an AI strategy framework for the SMA business.
