What you'll do
- Recruit for GTM and Ops roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Finance.
- Build outbound sourcing and candidate networks through targeted research, customer connections, and strategic engagement.
- Partner with founders on hiring standards and processes, while advising on talent-market trends and balancing quality with speed.
