About the job
Own and scale Blacksmith’s employee IT systems, workflows, device fleet, identity and access, and day-to-day support.
What you'll do
- Manage employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, including devices and account access.
- Troubleshoot employee hardware, software, network, and account issues; automate recurring support work.
- Operate identity, device, and software systems, and partner with security and engineering on access controls and audit readiness.
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience administering Okta and Google Workspace, including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and least-privilege access.
