Partners with Sales and customers to evaluate, implement, and expand Blacksmith’s CI infrastructure through technical discovery, demos, POCs, troubleshooting, and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept evaluations, including CI benchmarking and ROI validation.
- Advise customers on CI modernization, pipeline performance, ephemeral runners, cost optimization, and migration from hyperscalers.
- Resolve customer technical issues, relay feedback to Product and Engineering, and support account expansion and onboarding.

- Experience in solutions engineering, field engineering, pre-sales, DevOps, or consulting.
