What you'll do
- Design, prototype, deploy, test, and refine customer-specific AI agents and integrations.
- Partner with customer engineering, product, and operations teams to improve performance and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Lead customer training and adoption, build stakeholder relationships, and identify further automation opportunities.
