About the job

Research, train, and deploy speech and audio models—including text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and neural audio codecs—for real-time enterprise voice agents.

What you'll do

  • Build and optimize expressive, low-latency TTS systems and robust ASR models.
  • Research neural audio codecs and scalable training methods for speech generation.
  • Run controlled experiments and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in production.

What they ask for

  • Experience with self-supervised learning, multimodal modeling, or generative modeling.
  • Hands-on experience building or scaling TTS, STT, or neural audio codec systems.
  • Experience training and serving large models on modern accelerators, with knowledge of inference optimization.
  • Track record of controlled experiments and meaningful ablations.

Nice to have

  • Large-scale distributed training experience; speech or language AI research publications or open-source contributions.
  • Background in real-time speech systems or telephony; PhD in ML, AI, or a related field, or equivalent research impact.
