Lead a Blank Street cafe by developing the team, upholding hospitality and product standards, managing store operations and financial performance, and executing plans and initiatives.
What you'll do
- Hire, onboard, coach, and retain Baristas and Shift Leads.
- Manage labor scheduling, inventory, waste, sales targets, and store KPIs.
- Lead day-to-day hospitality and operations, and plan and implement improvements and new initiatives.
