What you'll do
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members while maintaining team engagement.
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relations, waste, compliance, facilities, and operational standards.
- Lead by example in customer service and food and beverage production, and drive sales, throughput, and local brand loyalty.
