About the job
Leads operations across an area of 5+ stores, developing General Managers, owning area P&L, and improving store performance and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop General Managers; build talent pipelines and succession plans across the area.
- Manage area P&L through sales forecasting, labor planning, and inventory controls.
- Set operational priorities, monitor store standards and KPIs, and lead store turnarounds, openings, and rollouts of new initiatives.
