Partners with field leaders across multiple markets to hire, develop, and retain store teams, handle employee relations, and support consistent people practices and business operations.
What you'll do
- Advise and coach field leaders on hiring, performance, employee relations, investigations, engagement, and leadership development.
- Identify workforce trends and risks, including staffing, turnover, attendance, and performance, and work with Operations on solutions.
- Support people policies, compliance, documentation, onboarding, and cross-functional operations across stores.
