Partners with field leaders across multiple markets to hire, develop, and retain store teams while handling employee relations, compliance, and people operations.
What you'll do
- Coach field managers on performance, team dynamics, and difficult conversations; support leadership development and People programs.
- Lead employee relations matters and investigations, and identify workforce trends to improve retention and engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and other teams on hiring, workforce planning, compliance, and business risks.
