Partners with field leaders across multiple markets to strengthen hiring, employee relations, performance, engagement, retention, and people operations for a high-volume food and beverage business.
What you'll do
- Coach field managers and support hiring, onboarding, performance management, promotions, and leadership development.
- Lead employee relations cases and investigations, advise on policies and compliance, and identify workforce trends and risks.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Training, Finance, and Operations to improve staffing, retention, and consistent people practices.
