Delivers and improves barista and shift-lead training in Boston, supporting onboarding, skills accreditation, product quality, and team development.
What you'll do
- Track baristas’ progress through onboarding and training; provide in-store and group training and conduct final bar assessments.
- Lead orientations, certifications, product trainings, and new-store opening trainings; conduct quarterly quality assessments across Boston stores.
- Partner with Operations and other teams to identify training improvements, create action plans, and develop reporting and learning initiatives.
