Supports and delivers barista and shift-lead training in the Los Angeles market, developing team skills and helping improve product quality, training programs, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Track baristas’ progress through onboarding and accreditation; deliver in-store, group, and assessment training.
- Lead shift-lead certifications, product and seasonal trainings, and new-store openings; support quality assessments and recipe adherence.
- Partner with Operations and other teams on training improvements, reporting, learning culture, and team development.
