Coordinates and delivers barista and shift-lead training in the Boston market, supporting onboarding, accreditation, store openings, and training-program improvement.
What you'll do
- Coach new team members in-store from onboarding through accreditation and partner with Operations on training action plans.
- Lead orientations, seasonal drink and coffee/matcha trainings, new-store-opening trainings, and team events.
- Share field feedback and identify improvements to training programs, processes, and standards.
