Own recruiting operations and improve hiring processes for engineering and operations searches, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and agency coordination.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting pipelines, interview scheduling, and candidate communication; administer and improve the Ashby ATS.
- Track hiring funnel metrics and run experiments to improve work-trial conversion, speed, and candidate quality.
- Screen applicants using the candidate profile and framework, represent Blissway to candidates, and manage agency partners.
