Build and run legal operations systems and contract processes, administer Ironclad, and deploy AI tools that help the Legal team handle contracts efficiently while managing risk.
What you'll do
- Own Legal’s technology stack, including tool selection, vendor management, Ironclad administration, and integrations with HubSpot and other business systems.
- Run contract intake and operations, maintain playbooks and templates, handle standard agreements, and route or escalate negotiated and non-standard terms.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-driven legal tools, establish AI guardrails with Counsel, and report on contract operations and tool performance.
