Leads customer professional-services engagements for Blitzy’s AI-native software development platform, from early customer alignment through delivery, adoption, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple large engagements, including scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery challenges.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, plan services, and demonstrate value.
- Guide enterprise change management and adoption of AI-native workflows.
