Manages customer professional-services and training engagements for Blitzy’s AI-native software development platform, coordinating delivery and adoption across customers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage concurrent engagements from kickoff through delivery, milestones, status updates, and handoff to ongoing adoption.
- Co-develop customer engagement plans, manage scope, timelines, and resourcing, and coordinate with Sales and internal teams.
- Lead customer enablement, track outcomes, and share delivery feedback with Product and FDE.
