Onboard and implement Square products for SMB and mid-market sellers, guiding them through launch and helping them begin transacting successfully.
What you'll do
- Lead seller scoping and onboarding calls, provide tailored training, and support sellers after they start transacting.
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements, track milestones, identify blockers, and coordinate timely go-lives.
- Improve onboarding processes, collaborate with internal teams, and use AI to improve seller experience or internal processes.
