About the job
Leads and develops the compliance program for Cash App Investing’s FINRA/SEC-regulated broker-dealer business, including regulatory engagement, product advisory, governance, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead compliance policies, procedures, controls, monitoring, testing, reporting, and governance.
- Oversee broker-dealer obligations and regulatory exams, inquiries, filings, and remediation.
- Advise business and product teams on regulated activities and lead and develop the compliance team.

- 10+ years of compliance experience, including significant experience in broker-dealer, securities, fintech, financial services, or similarly regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of FINRA and SEC requirements applicable to retail broker-dealers and digital investing platforms.

Pay
$217,800 — $326,800 USD base salary (Zone A); $217,800 — $326,800 USD base salary (Zone B); $217,800 — $326,800 USD base salary (Zone C); $217,800 — $326,800 USD base salary (Zone D)
