Build and operate internal applications, platforms, backend services, and integrations that improve Block employees’ experience across hiring, onboarding, and ongoing access to corporate services.

What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, reliable internal applications and backend services; own solutions through deployment and support.
Develop automated employee workflows, APIs, and integrations for internal platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party services.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate across teams on architecture, roadmaps, reliability, and platform improvements.
