Staff Software Engineer, Go-to-Market Systems & AI

What you'll do

• Set technical strategy and evolve the go-to-market technology stack; lead engineering across complex initiatives.
• Build and operate AI agents and automated workflows, including the evaluation, security, reliability, and observability safeguards they need.
• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to translate workflows and business problems into scalable solutions, and measure their impact.

What they ask for

• At least 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience setting technical direction and delivering complex, business-critical systems across teams or functional areas.
• Experience building and operating production software using large language models, AI agents, tool calling, retrieval, workflow orchestration, or related technologies.
• Strong software engineering and system-design skills; experience moving AI from prototype to production, including evaluation, observability, security, reliability, and human oversight.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales processes or go-to-market systems, such as lead or opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, or customer relationship management platforms.

Pay

$263,600 — $395,400 USD (base salary)
