Own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth crypto clients, providing concierge service and driving adoption and revenue across trading, OTC, Earn, lending, and referrals.
What you'll do
- Manage VIP client relationships from onboarding through support, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling through client discovery and tailored product recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, manage CRM and pipeline records, and report on client performance.
