About the job
Coordinates exchange market data enablement, client onboarding and account support, invoicing, agreements, and projects while ensuring process compliance and risk mitigation.
What you'll do
- Onboard clients to Exchange products, obtain Exchange agreements and approvals, and respond to client inquiries.
- Coordinate Exchange invoicing and provide relationship support to major firms and internal sales teams.
- Manage implementation projects, track milestones, work with Engineering on system improvements, and identify product-related risks.
