Monitors and investigates employees’ electronic communications to detect potential regulatory, market conduct, ethical, or policy violations and support compliance risk management.
What you'll do
- Review surveillance alerts and employee communications across email, chat, messaging platforms, and other digital channels; conduct targeted searches.
- Analyze suspicious communications and related activity, escalate concerns, and support investigations, audits, and regulatory examinations.
- Recommend process improvements, participate in surveillance system upgrades and testing, and help tune alerts.
