Lead the Visitor Experience engineering team building Bloomberg Connects’ mobile and web applications, while remaining hands-on and guiding the team’s shift toward agentic engineering.
What you'll do
- Own delivery and engineering standards for a team of four senior engineers across mobile and web.
- Set technical direction, review critical decisions, and partner with Product and leadership on feasibility, quality, and delivery.
- Lead the team’s adoption of agentic engineering practices, emphasizing systems understanding and architecture as AI takes on more code production.
