Manages project delivery and end-to-end change management for critical financial systems and business initiatives, supporting implementation and adoption across technology and business teams.
What you'll do
- Govern concurrent projects, coordinating teams and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and senior-level decisions.
- Lead change strategy and execution, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
- Track and report performance results, support continuous improvement, and integrate project and change work into Scrum sprints.
