What you'll do
- Develop self-service reliability tools and automated diagnostics to identify failures, regressions, and root causes.
- Improve incident detection and resolution, observability, and platform resilience through engineering, automation, and testing.
- Partner with engineering teams on system design, instrumentation, SLIs, and SLOs throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
