Provides technical and operational leadership for client-facing AI code-generation workstreams, improving evaluation, reliability, tooling, and production outcomes.
What you'll do
- Align workstream leads on priorities, technical direction, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
- Develop evaluation practices for generated code and structured outputs, including correctness, robustness, and failure analysis.
- Scale tooling, automation, data pipelines, annotation, and evaluation frameworks to improve client-facing AI outcomes.
