Leads Bluefish’s finance function, covering financial planning and analysis, accounting oversight, controllership, finance operations, and strategic initiatives as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Own budgeting, forecasting, SaaS financial modeling, performance analysis, executive dashboards, and Board reporting.
- Oversee close cycles, accounting workflows, financial controls, audits, tax filings, and finance systems.
- Support fundraising and investor diligence, and partner on pricing, unit economics, and operational efficiency.

- Startup experience is required, with experience across finance, FP&A, and accounting.
- Experience supporting Board reporting and direct experience with investor diligence, data room preparation, and financial modeling for institutional investors.
- Track record of scaling a finance organization from post-Series B maturity, and experience owning or overseeing accounting close and controllership.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financials and metrics; familiarity with ASC 606; advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
