Serves as Bobyard’s first legal hire, centralizing legal work and enabling contracts and legal matters to move efficiently.
What you'll do
- Triage, route, track, and close legal requests; negotiate and redline customer agreements and escalate matters as needed.
- Manage outside counsel, scope matters, and track legal spend; maintain current, version-controlled contract templates and product terms.
- Assess data-privacy, security, and commercial risks in contracts, advise leadership, and build legal intake, clause-playbook, and contract-management systems.

$130,000–$155,000 base salary
