About the job
Own and ship product design for Bobyard’s construction takeoff and estimating software, including AI review-and-correction workflows and reusable design-system patterns.
What you'll do
- Own a product area from roadmap through launch and a 30-day metric check; turn ambiguous problems into phased plans.
- Lead design-led projects end to end, including projects without a PM, and design review and correction flows for AI output.
- Set Figma design-system patterns and raise design quality through critique, pairing, design QA, and interviews.
