Provides inbound customer support for roadside assistance, gathers and enters dispatch information, and guides customers or drivers through next steps.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional, empathetic support; gather information and enter it into dispatch systems or complete fleet intake.
- Follow scripts, workflows, and client requirements; explain next steps and escalate issues when necessary.
