About the job
Provides inbound customer support for roadside assistance, gathering and entering information, explaining next steps, and escalating issues as needed.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and provide empathetic support; communicate next steps and expectations to customers or drivers.
- Gather and accurately enter customer, vehicle, driver, and incident information into dispatch systems or complete fleet intake.
- Follow scripts and client workflows, escalate issues under policy, and protect confidential information.
