Provides inbound customer support for roadside assistance, gathering and entering information, explaining next steps, and escalating issues when needed.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support; gather and enter customer, vehicle, driver, and incident information.
- Follow scripts, workflows, and client requirements, and communicate next steps and expectations to customers or drivers.
- Escalate issues according to policy, protect confidential information, and uphold service standards.
